CueBox is a great product!

CueBox makes building shows and packages easy and I love that I can copy links and QR codes. It is also easy to share the links with our webmaster. (Our previous software required downloading code to put links on the website.) Customer support is stellar! Both in response times but also in listening to suggestions and rolling out new features. The CRM makes it easy to track patron sales and donations.

Lack of ease in contacting customer support. Massive amounts of information on each page with very small font making it difficult for staff to use. The patron experience was clunky, with many clicks to get to the payment screen. Building shows was nightmarish.
