Easy to use for a wide range of carriers.

Connecting SAP to Carrier Cloud for SAP is done within a few days, not weeks. This is quit impressive. Once the service is set up, the system runs very smoothly. We have not received any complaints at this time.

Pros:

It seamlessly integrates with all SAP products with just a single communication channel based on webservices. The response time for label printing is so fast, that automatic labeling machines can be used on a conveyer system. The hassle of adjustments and updates by carriers is covered by the monthly AEB service fee.

Cons:

If only one carrier is to be connected to SAP, it may well be cheaper to connect it directly to SAP. However, monitoring in SAP must then also be carried out internally.
