Pros:

Smart FM management tools are great and easy to use, This Product Have Customized Digital Checklist, Deployment Planning, Digitized Workflow system to manage (Hard & Soft Facility Maintenance), Task Management and tracking progress is efficient and the ability to prioritize Fault Report and Preventive maintenance

Cons:

They missing the Integrating floor plans with asset management systems, it allows users to visualize the location of assets on a digital floor plan

Pros:

Since 2019 we are using Smart FM for Maintenance services like Electrical, Mechanical, lifts, fire alarm etc. It's very effective and provides a variety of built-in solutions which enhance team communication and expands productivity. It has awesome customer support service and is easy to work with.

Cons:

if provide In-app chat it will be helpful to direct line of communication between users, facilitating real-time interaction within the app.

The Smart FM real-time collaboration and mobile accessibility for its work order is the key for our organizational use. The preventive maintenance tracking option has significantly improved our team's efficiency. It has a very easy to use interface and also provides a prompt customer support when needed.

Cons:

An advance plan is required to address reporting functions and potentially improve customization options for dashboards.

Pros:

Smart FM is the best Software tracking and facility management and observations. We have used the program for almost six years, the customer service that really great Its UI is very clean and easy to navigate.

Cons:

I would like to bring to your attention a significant gap in our current communication strategy. At present, we lack a unified email system to effectively communicate with both clients and vendors.
