Finally, accounting that doesn’t slow me down

The most significant differences I notice are increased speed and accuracy. I no longer lose track of where I am in my work, and I don’t end up repeating entries. This functionality truly simplifies my tasks. ProBuilt ERP makes online accounting more practical than I've ever experienced before.

Pros:

With ProBuilt ERP, I can have invoices, payables, and reports open simultaneously. No more switching back and forth between pages just to double-check figures. It feels more like working at a real desk where everything is right in front of me.

Cons:

The only adjustment was becoming accustomed to having multiple forms open simultaneously. After a few minutes, it felt natural.

ProBuilt ERP, finally someone made online apps productive again

My overall experience was pleasant. Instead of making you click through one page at a time, it actually lets you move fast and stay in control. The flexibility of multiple windows makes most tasks way easier to manage. Honestly, it’s a total game-changer for running a business, and I’d say it’s definitely worth checking out.

Pros:

What I like most about ProBuilt ERP is the ability to multitask with floating forms just like a desktop app. I can open invoices, bills, and reports at the same time, keep them all active, and move between them instantly without losing my place. That ability alone saves enormous time, I can have a report open at the same time as I am creating a journal entry using the data from the report. No need to print the report or click back and forth to remember the figures.

Cons:

If you aren’t used to desktop apps, there’s a short adjustment period simply because no other online system works this way. But once you see how useful it is to have multiple forms open in the same browser window, you won’t ever want to go back. Of course, if you are used to working in desktop apps you will instantly feel at home.

BEST CHOICES START WITH PRO

I HEARD A COUPLE OF CUSTOMERS OF MINE TALKING ABOUT THE SOFTWARE AND THEY HAD SWITCHED FROM Q B AND IT WAS A GOOD CHOICE FOR THEM AND WITH THAT AND EVERY POSITIVE IT DROVE ME TO LOOK AT THE PROBUILT WEBSITE AND SEE WHAT THE FUSE WAS ABOUT. THEY WERE RIGHT I WILL NOT REGRET JOINING THE PROBUILT TEAM

BEING ABLE TO OPEN SEVERAL LISTINGS, FORMS, & REPORTS MAKES IT A LOT EASIER TO MANAGE YOUYR WORKFLOW EACH DAY. I AM IMPRESSED ON HOW QUICKLY I WAS ABLE TO NAVIGAT THROUGH THE SOFTWARE AND REALLY GET TO WHAT PROB UILT CLAIMS TO BE MULTITASKING.BEING IN THE HVAC BUISNESS NI USE THE INVENTORY FEATURE,AND ITHAS REALLY HELPED ME ORGANIZE AND KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING COMING IN AND GOING OUT. NOW I CAN REALLY KEEP TRACK OF MY PROFIT AND LOSS WHEN IT COMES TO MY INVENTORY. I REALLY ENJOY WORKING WITH THIS SOFTWARE.

Cons:

I CANT SAY I HAVE ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY CAUSE EVEN WHEN I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE SOFTWARE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS GREAT. IT WAS NICE FOR A CHANGE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP RIGHT AWAY.

Simple to use and helps me stay on top of things

As a small business owner, I do not have time to wrestle with software. ProBuilt ERP just works. It is clear, easy to use, and it keeps my business organized. Having more than one form open at once is a big difference compared to other programs I have tried.

Pros:

ProBuilt ERP makes it easy for me to keep track of invoices and expenses without getting lost in the system. I like that I can have more than one thing open at the same time, like sending an invoice while checking past payments. It saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate how the menu actually makes sense. It is very straightforward and it has really cool toolbar menus that I use constantly. I rarely even use the side navigation menu much at all.

Cons:

I cannot think of any negatives I have experienced with the software at all. The onboarding process was great and they gave my small company the attention I needed.
