My first interview on ihiring AI interview platform was my strongest.

Overall, as a fresher I felt very comfortable and stress free through out the process on ihiring's interview platform even while answering some of the difficult questions.

Pros:
The process of scheduling and rescheduling the interview was flexible and easy. I was notified and reminded via email and sms. The video interview platform UI/UX was very lite and easy to use. Interview with ihiring's SAM was one of the best interview conversation where I haven't felt nervous at least once. The way SAM re-phrased questions and provided feedback through out the interview was one of the best part. During the interview I faced network issue, at that time SAM didn't leave or end the call but waited for me until my network was stable and I rejoined the call and continued from the last conversation.
Cons:
I haven't faced or felt anything through out the interview to mention anything in particular at least for now.

A platform which actually helps HR/TA's and hiring teams!

Finally we found a platform which is helping in solving our vulnerability in identifying candidates faster with the requirements we are looking for to filter right candidate from an average of 2000+ applications we receive for each opening role. No more waiting for 4+ odd weeks to filter candidates and now we are able to do that in 3-4 days at max as we are able to interview to screen candidate with ihiring.ai platforms human like AI interview. As we are not a fully tech-savvy HR's/TA's the platform is very easy to play around to perform tasks like to pull resumes manually/automated via our ATS or manually drag and drop them into the platform to screen resumes, automated/manually inviting candidates to take interviews on the platform when they are available with the Human like AI interviewer SAM. Initially it took some time for us to understand the full capacity of the product but once we got hands-on with the platform we started using it rigorously by inviting candidates back to back to take interviews on the platform, with this we were able to filter candidates faster and didn't had to keep the applicants as-well in a long waiting circled loop which we used to do before due to our limited resources. I like the how their support teams responsiveness in getting back to us when we have issues, we usually reach-out by raising a ticket from the platform's in-built support feature.
Cons:
We were initially skeptical about whether it would meet our needs, but that doubt quickly turned into confidence and ultimately, appreciation for the product.

With ease, the AI interviewer SAM interviewed me same as a 1:1 human-like interviewer would interview me. I have called for two different types of interviews screening interview and hiring team panel style interview. I had a positive experience interacting with AI Interviewer “SAM,” finding the process encouraging and seamless. I was able to schedule call after working hours. Received notifications regarding the interview. I like the way SAM rephrased the questions during the interview and provided meaningful feedback for my responses, which truly made me feel it way dynamic based on the situation and context. I felt like it saved lot of my time, energy from reaching out TA and HR regarding the interview process.
Cons:
Nothing in particular. Had a good conversation with SAM throughput the interview process. Was similar to talking to a human.

Pros:
All the talent management related features are placed in one platform. Which includes ATS integrations for candidates application, inviting multiple candidates simultaneously to take schedule and take interview during their free available time. Interview scoring, resume scoring, scheduled interview calendar conducting screening and hiring team style interviews with proctors enabled through out the interview and capturing any anomalies. Provides detailed data of candidate prior history which includes education, work experience, skills and prior interview scores as well.
Cons:
It will be great feature if they can include Background check as well in their future developments..
