The Most Value I’ve Found in a Dojo Management Platform

I’m extremely impressed with Dojo Software. It gives me everything I need and keeps my dojo running smoothly at a price that actually makes sense for school owners. This is by far the best value I’ve ever seen in a dojo management platform, delivering the lowest cost by a wide margin while still offering powerful, reliable systems. It truly feels like it was designed with martial arts schools in mind. I highly recommend it to fellow school owners.

Pros:

Dojo Software gives me all the systems I need in a simple, clean, and easy-to-understand layout. Student profiles, belt tracking, dojo programs, member automations, notifications, analytics, and attendance are all straightforward and effective to manage in one place. It has all the powerful tools I’ve seen in other software that charge $200+ a month, without the bloated, overcomplicated features I’d never use. The best part? It actually works better than other platforms I’ve tried, and at just a fraction of the cost.

Cons:

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. The software is straightforward and focused, so if you’re looking for dozens of extra features and add-ons, this may not be for you. But as a martial arts school owner, that’s exactly what I want. Everything I disliked about my old software is gone, while all the systems I need are still here or even better. It’s clear the developers are actively updating and refining Dojo Software to keep up with market demands and new innovations.

Cons:

Honestly, there is not much to complain about. Sometimes it takes a little time to get used to all the features, especially for new staff members. But it takes only 20 minutes to solve this challenge
