Tapgoods has great customer service and pricing. It is also a very easy program to use. The software also enables very nice communication with customers.

Cons:

There are some features like routing and maintenance tracking that could use improvement but overall nothing major.

Cons:

Like any software, there are small things we’d tweak, but nothing that stops us from using it every day.

The biggest benefit for us has been how organized our inventory is now. We can see what equipment is available, what’s out on rent, and what’s scheduled for jobs. It’s made managing our rental fleet much easier.

Cons:

There was a little bit of a learning curve when we first started using it, but once the team got familiar with the system it became very straightforward.
