Users can access up to twelve months of retrospective data with nightly updates, enabling the tracking of medication usage, vital sign trends, incidents, and behavioral interventions across various locations and time periods.

Health Analytics offers two tiers to meet different organizational needs. The Silver tier includes standardized visualization tools, while the Gold tier provides access to raw data stored in a secure Microsoft Azure data lake. The platform is regularly updated with new reports based on user input.
