About Inspire

Inspire Software is a cloud-based solution that helps small to large businesses manage employee performance through 360-degree feedback and recognition tools. It comes with a Goals Science module, which allows enterprises to create, track and manage employee OKRs in alignment with business strategies.

Features of Inspire include goal setting, benchmarking, employee self-review, performance assessments, templates and more. Businesses can utilize social recognition tools to give shout outs on employees' progress and allow peers to add comments, improving engagement and productivity across teams. Additionally, the Performance Agility tool lets employees reflect on their performance through pulse surveys, performance reviews, one-on-one with managers and more.

Inspire uses leadership methodology to let businesses assess employee performance and respond to requirements in real-time. It provides an open application programming interface (API) for users to integrate the platform with third-party systems. Pricing is available on annual subscriptions.

Successfuly rollout of our Strategy to Goals to Performance!

While our team faced a bit of a learning curve coming from multiple tools to an integrated solution, with a few coaching sessions, we were able to get the tool up and running and we LOVE it. I highly recommend this tool if you are not already using a fully integrated solution that allows you to transform your strategy into goals and effectively track progress through all levels of your team.

Pros:

This tool allows us to transform our strategy into goals and then continuously monitor performance against those goals.

Cons:

At first the pricing plans were a little confusing in regards to which plan we really needed. In the end we settled with the Advanced plan to give us better Tech Support access and better access to leadership training.

Reasons for switching to Inspire

Our team felt that Inspire was more inclusive to allowing the entire team see and understand our strategy and how that translated into team and individual goals.

A great tool for recognising employees without biasness.

For employees recognition and rewarding is recommended Inspire product. It is a great tool.

Great way to recognize and be recognized!

Overall, inspire offers a very user friendly and diverse platform for recognizing and rewarding colleagues. The selection of good is great, if a bit overpriced.

Pros:

The variety of gift cards is better than other similar programs. It is user very user friendly on either side of a recognition transaction.

Cons:

The price of physical goods on this platform seems a bit overpriced when compared to the cost of redeeming for gift cards.

Pros:

It's an indefensible tool for my personal productivity and performance. I use it to start and end everyday. It's my main planning and execution tool. As a company CEO, Inspire gives us the ability to communicate our corporate strategy to the team and align the origination. Everyone is focused and much more productive.

Cons:

A few of the features could be streamlined. A couple of the features are very deep. Having the ability to turn them off or streamlining how they function would increase use and effectiveness across the team.

Reasons for choosing Inspire

The Inspire team is very responsive addressing our service and product needs. The Sales and Service team is excellent before and after the sales process. We view Inspire as a key partner, not a vendor.

Tom, Thanks for the review and your comments. We are excited to launch our next release in December that address some of your comments about configuring the platform to turn on and off certain modules, to increase relevancy at the user level. Additionally the UX has been redesigned to enhance ease of use within all modules. Please check us out in December/January!
