Customer for 6 years and going strong. It is a great tool for managers and team members to manage work attendance and leave. Well worth the small cost.

very positive . both in terms of functionalities of the AB and in terms of customer service . always fast and very supportive .

Pros:

our NGO loves many things about AB: - that it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams - that it produces staff/ project / tasks reports and visualisation that allows to monitor, review and plan our portfolios and tasks for effectively and efficiently - that it records tasks and subtasks in real time minimising our time keeping and booking work , and it allows adjustments if needed - that it is very user friendly without needing to learn any difficult programmes for staff members who are not IT experts

Cons:

can’t think of an element or feature we don’t like or like least . we don’t use 100% of functions (for example departments because we don’t have them) but that because we are a relatively small team and we use the elements that we need and it is great the AB allows to disable elements we don’t use

Pros:

It is very easy to use if you already are a heavy Slack user. the bot can be configured with the mail leave types, and the team likes that it takes literally 1 second to announce a leave (type things like "work from home tomorrow" and it will record it) You can also see all the alerts in one channel

Cons:

The count of annual leaves per person doesn't seem very precise. Also if your team is on different time zones and different contracts it makes it harder to maintain

Overall it was simple to implements, I got good support from customer service on some of the questions I had and they help me set up some of my default settings

Pros:

The attendancebot app enables me to manage the various needs of all employees through a simple, user-friendly that can be managed from anywhere. I am able to easily access weather i'm in the office or on the go. It takes away the need for manual calculating and tracking!

Cons:

Although you can customize the types of leaves (Flex / Vacation) You are not able to differentiate how they are calculated / tracked. IE. I wish I could have 'Flex' time that is calculated and tracked by the hour, but 'Vacation' days calculated and tracked by days.

Reasons for choosing AttendanceBot

Vacation tracker would only track 'days' away. We couldn't implement hours / partial day's, and attendencebot has allowed us to have staff request and book 'flex' hours for appointments etc. Again the only complaint is I have to re-calcualte the balance because it doesn't track / differentiate the difference between hourly and daily.

THe easiness to use it, just onesimple command for a basic functionality, but not limited to it where you need something more.

Cons:

Lacalization not so easy, reports not easy to understand, could be more flexible for administration purpose (i.e. allow only manager to edit) but really small things...

It makes our daily work easier at our organization. The ability to integrate everything in one place without hassle helps us remain effective and efficient.

Cons:

Sometimes, the system tends to lag when staff are clocking in and out. On the project management side, we usually update the information as we go and need to add staff members each time. They have made things easier by creating a button that adds all staff at once. However, sometimes you need to check regularly because it occasionally removes people. This is not a major concern, as systems tend to behave this way during technical issues. AttendanceBot is always willing to help and assist as quickly as possible. Their customer care is honestly excellent.

Attendance Bot has been a game-changer for managing our distributed team's work hours and leave requests. It automates reminders, time tracking, and leave balance updates all within tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams. It saves us hours of manual follow-up every week. Setup was easy, and the UI is clean and user-friendly. We also love the customization options especially setting different policies for different departments.

Cons:

Regarding Cons, there isn't any features or incidence that makes me like least about Attendance Bot.
