Efficient app that is easy to use.

Very positive - it's easy to use and meets my needs as a freelance sole trader. I've tried other apps which are much more cumbersome, Atto lets me get clocked in/out without too much fuss or distraction that would lose me time doing my actual work.

Quick to clock in. Capacity to allocate job codes so that I can track my time on different projects for different clients. Clean and streamlined interface. It's easy to toggle between desktop and iOS versions - it syncs seamlessly. Atto's interest in the client experience & responsiveness to feedback.
Cons:
Initally found it a little clunky to edit time cards but looking forward to the next update to address this!

They charge the owner a monthly fee as if you’re a user/employee

I hate that I get charged as a user/employee even tho I only use the app to see my employees hours and locations and never track my own hours but yet they charge me an extra user fee. Greedy business!!!

Horrible and frustrating. Costing our administration more time and money than it's worth so far. We are in week three and its kill us.

App freezes up on Android and Apple phones regularly. No verbal customer service and slow response time. Many glitches. Excel time sheets don't match PDF time sheets at weeks end. PDF time sheets don't list location or notes. System does not log or keep employees email address's on file.

very very poor you can get T Sheets for the same cost as Atto and it actually works with 20 hr support and call in numbers
