CESAR TEAM est le logiciel de planification 360° qui permet d'optimiser la planification de projets en favorisant la performance et l'engagement des équipes. Il permet de réduire les inter-contrats et d'optimiser le taux de staffing avec une bonne vision sur les compétences disponibles et les ressources réelles.

Cons:

peu de points faible avec un bon set up - le logiciel a besoin d'un paramétrage complet avant d'être installé.
