    La facilità di comprendere l'utilizzo. Software molto intuitivo e poi ottimi tecnici competenti e molto gentili.
    Cons:
    L'unica pecca che è un software che non si può utilizzare al di fuori della rete aziendale. Perchè è abbastanza pesante da aprire e con la vpn è lentissimo. Spero che un domani diventerà un software via web di facile accessibilità a tutti i dipendenti interni e esterni.

    L'esperienza complessiva è ottima. Competitiva, pratica e funzionale. Le aziende sul mercato spesso ricercano personale che sappia utilizzare l'applicativo per cui tutto ciò senz'altro contribuisce all'aumento del capitale culturale e nel contempo anche di quello sociale. Bravi, tanto di cappello per chi ha contribuito alla creazione e realizzazione del Gescoop

    Per quanto concerne il mio lavoro l'utilizzo del GesCoop è fondamentale ai fini della fatturazione, della gestione del personale e dell'integrazione con il portale persone lavoro Geobadge. Per me, che sono nuovo nel settore del coordinamento socio educativo, è stato semplice imparare le nozioni quanto meno base e fondamentali per l'espletamento del mio lavoro. Ritengo utile ma soprattutto formativo conoscere le funzionalità del programma in quanto mi permette di offrire alle aziende del territorio un ulteriore conoscenza che non tutti possiedono.
    Cons:
    Per ciò che mi riguarda non ho notato nulla che mi faccia dubitare del programma, forse velocizzare i tempi di supporto tecnico potrebbe essere l'unico aspetto opinabile.

    Mancanza di conoscenza potenzialità del gestionale.

    Premetto che Gescop in cooperativa viene utilizzato solamente per i dipendenti (una sorta di archivio) senza utilizzare parte di fatturazione in questo caso Gescop per l'estrazione dati permette di creare delle tabelle con tutto il necessario per rispondere a quesiti sui dipendenti/ lavoratori, questo ha facilitato il lavoro nella rielaborazione di tabelle da inviare ai vari enti. Non ho mai partecipato a corsi di formazione riguardo al utilizzo del gestionale mi è stato tutto passato tramite colleghi. Avrei avuto e ho tutto ora piacere di avere un minimo di formazione riguardo all'utilizzo di Gescop e alle sue funzionalità.

    Il fato che il gestionale abbia una memoria storica in molti casi ha aiutato.
    Cons:
    L'elaborazione delle giornaliere (delle ore lavorate) diventa difficile nel momento in cui non hai sotto mano una distribuzione oraria da contratto per eventuali controlli.
