Trying out DoorSpot, seems well worth the money.

We needed an easy way to facilitate tenant payments online. Our tenants were able to quickly and easily use the platform to see rent invoices and pay them with a very minimal fee.

Pros:

Simple, elegant interface, with data where you need it in the UI. Our tenant loves the tenant-side portal, and finds it very easy to use on mobile platform.

Cons:

They have not released their bookkeeping feature yet, I am really looking forward to this.
