Awareness

To help prospects be aware of open units, Funnel syndicates listings to any ISL and provides one place to automatically update those listings across all sites. Funnel additionally integrates with PMS systems and calendar/email/tech stacks, offering a connected and best-in-class experience for leasing teams.

Engagement

Once a prospect is interested in a unit, Funnel helps future tenants receive answers to questions in real-time, with AI-Powered tools that auto-respond to routine questions. The platform enables click-to-dial calls from the browser, transcribes inbound and outbound calls, and even allows for self-scheduling of tours. Other engagement tools include Chatbot, Live-Chat, and Virtual Leasing Agent to communicate with prospects on their terms. Reporting and marketing attribution are also included in Funnel's Lead Management tools.

    Compared to other CRM systems I've tested, it's more user-friendly and offers more user-specific settings. Prospect outreach and acquisition have never been more reliable thanks to automated email and SMS auto-marketing responses and insightful, significant, and prospect-converting discussions with Funnel's Virtual Leasing Agent and ChatBot. Funnel has communication covered, from encouraging prospects to self-schedule tours to telling potential residents that their application has been approved.
    Cons:
    The deployment of Funnel is a complicated procedure, but it can be successfully completed with the guidance and support of your account's designated Customer Success Manager, who is responsible for overseeing the whole implementation process, and Funnel's easily available Support Team.

    RentCafe/Yardi CRM wasn't allowing the reporting options we were looking for. Plus we needed a solution for our phone management, which Funnel has proven to be the perfect solution.

    Funnel's omnichannel communication platform enables agents to effectively and efficiently build prospect relationships, all from one central interface. All voice, email, and SMS communications are documented, organized, and easy to review. Funnel's slew of automation and A.I. features takes the CRM's level of productivity over the top. With automatic email and SMS auto-marketing replies and intelligent, meaningful, and prospect-converting conversations using Funnel's Virtual Leasing Agent and ChatBot, prospect coverage and conversion have never been so consistent. From inviting prospects to self-schedule tours to informing future residents of their application's approval, Funnel has communication covered. Agents have the tools to stay focused on closing and building meaningful rapport while tailoring each prospect's renter-centric experience.
    Cons:
    Implementation - to be expected. Funnel's implementation is a robust process but fully manageable with the direction and assistance from your account-designated Customer Success Manager, assigned to the lifecycle of your implementation, and Funnel's readily available Support Team. Depending on your company's fully-featured use case, your implementation timeframe will vary.
