We have been using Payquad since it's inception and are very pleased with the features and ease of use. Payquad listens to their customer feedback, and is always coming up with new features and functions. Customer service is on par, they are easily reachable and always willing to help and if unavailable always get back to you in a timely manner.

Payquad has been able to assist with automating processes in our organization which in turn increases productivity and allows us to focus on other areas in the business.

Customization and ease of use. Payquad has been able to work with us to ensure smooth on-boarding of their platform into our management software. This has helped increase productivity by reducing the manpower necessary to track, process, and input deposits. Their other features, like Maintenance Requests have assisted with keeping trades and duties organized and provide an analytical tool into tracking persistent issues that require additional attention.

Cons:

Every successful company strives for perfection. Payquad is no different. We look forward to them expanding their features in an effort to morph into a full-bodied management software. A one stop shop.

Nothing comes to mind, as we use rent collection feature only.

Easy online Payment

The transition to PayQuad was relatively easy and it has made rent collection much easier. We can easily see who has paid, collect rent and report it easily and provide statements.

Easy to use product that works

PayQuad allows buildings to have an online presence to collect rent. It speeds up rent collection improving cash flow. Also allows tenants to make online requests for maintenance.

The end user experience. Our tenants find it easy to use. The hardest part is getting the tenants to try it. However once they do, then they are sold

Having to get site staff to accept the change and push the tenants to use the product. Its driven by the staff at the site and their readiness to get tenants onto PayQuad

It's really easy to use and gives our tenants payment options as well as maintenance request and messaging options directly in their hands. It's allowed us to save money and create real operational efficiencies in our day to day process. It also connects directly to our back-end systems seamlessly, which is awesome.
