A Reliable Tool That Makes Property Management Easier

My overall experience with RealEstatePro has been very positive. It helped streamline my rental and leasing tasks, reduced paperwork, and made communication with tenants much smoother. I feel more organized, and managing properties has become much less stressful. It's a dependable tool that supports daily operations well.

Pros:

I liked how simple it was to manage multiple properties and tenants from one place. The automation for leasing, rent reminders, and reports saved me a lot of time. The dashboard is clean, and the mobile access makes it convenient to check updates on the go.

Cons:

Sometimes certain features take a few extra steps to set up, and I think the interface could be a bit faster during peak hours. However, these issues did not affect my overall use too much.

Ease of use. Anyone that can use a computer can figure out the user interface very quickly. It felt familiar almost immediately. That is the best attribute.

Cons:

At this time I do not have any cons. It beats the competition hands down.

I inherited this software with a position change. My first interaction was the implementation with IT support/training afterwards.

Pros:

The implementation of RealEstate Pro into Salesforce went smooth and uneventful. From my own experience and feedback from others, it is intuitive and easy to learn. There are many great features, but the tracking of leads is awesome; very much a time-saver compared to other alternatives!

Cons:

Feature coverage seems complete. I have no recommendations for improvement at this time.

Pros:

Ease of use. Since it is part of Microsoft Dynamics 365, it comes with full ERP and the Property management solution. Finance, SCM, Project, etc.. simply, all in one solution.

Cons:

Nothing much. It required Dynamics 365 to have this solution.
