A really bad choice that I am going here about forever

I helped select this product and recommended it. I will never hear the end of it. Tech Support is not knowledgeable about the product and doesn't know how to use it. You can open a ticket for a problem and you never get a response.

Reasons for choosing RealPage Commercial
RealPage did a really great job of selling its product. What they didn't tell us (and we learned later) is that it was a new product and there weren't many users of the product. Features that sold us on the product that they told us existed were only aspirations and to this day don't exist.
Reasons for switching to RealPage Commercial
The people at Total Mangement are wonderful, but we outgrew the product. Tech support was very responsive and knowledgeable. If your company fits TM's target market, I recommend it.
