Ease of Use

Prior to using Brokersumo I constantly was having to manually keep track of everyone's sales using excel spreadsheets which was very inconvieant. Brokersumo put all the information in a much easier format to read and input.

Commission Management Software That Fails At All Else!

The experience has been consistently lackluster, especially if you are a company that wants more than a glorified commission calculator!

Broker Sumo is a software that does one job: it manages commissions!

Cons:

The transaction management software is lackluster, paired with its non-existent support, no API access, updates come once a decade, and the issues just go on and on!

Would be good for Small Teams

They seem to be understaffed as it is hard to get someone on the phone who knows what they're talking about. My trainer, Tawni, is excellent and has been so patient.

Pros:

I like that it connects to Quickbooks; although, I haven't used this feature yet. Brokersumo has many software integrations.

Cons:

You can't customize the reports unless you pay extra for Zoho Reporting.

Reasons for choosing CORE BackOffice

Cost. Brokersumo has no setup fee but also doesn't have an in-depth training program like the above two softwares.
