KodiakHR Ups Your Reference Check Game

We are in a growth mode and adding KodiakHR to our process has been a game changer. We have saved time chasing down references by putting the process in the new hire's hands. We love this feature. Also, the KodiakHR team has been accessible to us when we had questions. They are very customer focused which is always encouraging.

Pros:

If you can point and click with your mouse, you can easily add KodiakHR to your reference checking process. It is simple to get started with the user friendly software. We have saved so much time!

Cons:

The only thing that stumped us a little bit was when we would request 2 references, we'd sometimes get back even more. We learned that this is because some new hires are eager to share additional intel on their performance with us.

KodiakHR has saved me so much time by being able to send customizable reference checks to references via email. So much more efficient, and the feedback is just as comprehensive as a phone call.

Cons:

It would be helpful to know when someone has completed the survey. Feel like it's hit or miss if that happens.

Pros:

KodiakHR is a huge time saver. I used to spend hours reaching out to references to schedule calls, conduct phone calls and type up notes. This system has completely taken that off of my plate and streamlined the entire process.

Cons:

I can't think of anything. It was easy to implement and is easy to use.
