Functionality

Pros:

Capability to Connect with computer name or IP even on computers on differnt locations. Grants yuo options to avoid being disconnected by problematic users and to block them from using any input method to avoid being any problemds while giving support.

Cons:

Even once set up some computers give issues while connecting to them. To install it you have to deactivate domain firewall, this causes to make it slow to deploy the software.

Reasons for switching to Dameware Mini Remote Control

We used Anydesk free version once we have to go paid subscription Dameware offered better features
