About GoToMyPC

GoToMyPC is a remote access solution that enables businesses to access and share data across multiple devices such as desktops and mobile phones. Professionals can invite guests to work on specific projects and track sessions based on time taken, type or origin.

GoToMyPC helps businesses gain visibility into multiple screens, manage user permissions and create shortcuts to quickly access files. The drag-and-drop interface helps professionals transfer and organize documents across devices. Additionally, it helps businesses secure and encrypt critical data using 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) measures.

GoToMyPC comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows administrators to connect the system with various third-party IT applications. It provides mobile applications for Android and iOS devices, enabling users to view emails and manage security configurations even from remote locations. Stable & consistent remote access

Usually a good connection and good customer service when needed. Connection does freeze up at times, which I believe may be caused by connection at the site I'm remoting into.

Pros:

I enjoy the easy remote access to my primary computer in another city; and I can access it from multiple locations and other electronic devices.

Cons:

The remote access screen is smaller than the full screen on my laptop/cpu. Hard to read documents at times. Rather expensive.

Pros:

We have been using GoToMyPc for 6 years now and it's great. Reliable, fast, doesn't glitch. Allows me to operate from home or quickly check something. It's perfect.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. No issues at all.

Super Expensive and did not work

It was frustrating as the install would not work and the "help" videos were NOT helpful. Of course, it was easy to pay!

A lifeline to my office computer

Overall, I am satisfied with GoToMyPc as it allows me to access my office computer to work when I am not in the office

I have utilized GoToMyPc for many years. I work between my office, home and second home. My home office computer has the information I need and I can access it easily thru GoToMyPc. When I had printing issues, I contacted customer support who worked with me to resolve the issue. I have not had any connection issues and it seems to work better all the time. It is a life saver and i am using it right now since I had to go to Florida to deal with my parents and I had to do some work. It allows me to access my office and continue to work as though I was there. Great product and a life saver for me

Initially I had connection and printer issues which were resolved with talking to customer support. Printing is sometimes an issue

GoToMyPC saved my business, LITERALLY!

I am an income tax preparer, and in 2020 my daughter was hospitalized for over 3 months...during tax season! I was so thankful to find GoToMyPC, I was able to work from her hospital room...it absolutely saved my season and my business!

I have been using GoToMyPC for over 5 years now and have never had a problem connecting. I love the versatility of being able to work from anywhere, and it's amazing to me that I can even print remotely. I find the cost is very reasonable, and the value is priceless!

Cons:

When I first started using GoToMyPC, it would automatically disconnect after being idle for only a few minutes...which was annoying. Customer service was happy to help me find an easy fix...it's just a setting to make it stay connected for a longer time while idle.

Why you would want to subscribe to GoToMyPC!

I've been using GoToMyPC for as long as I can remember it being in business. Over the years it's gotten better and better, easier to use and much faster. I really could not be as productive if I did not have GoToMyPC.

I like that I can work from my office at home when I need to meet a deadline, or something important comes up with a client and they need my help, but I need to be able to see the ledgers. I know that their customer support is great because in time's past I've needed help. But honestly, I haven't needed help in quite some time.

Cons:

This isn't a fair question because what would be great is if GoToMyPC was instant sign in and instantly on your desktop. I guess if there was a discount on multiple suscriptions, since I have at least 3, that would be great.

Love Go To My PC

Love it, it has helped us out so often. Like with weekend or late-night calls. I can see what type of water heater they have to give prices, if their current on invoice, and the best part I can get work done from home, I connect every from home every day.

I can access my work computer anytime, I can look up what work we have done for this customer and see if their item in under warranty.

Cons:

Nothing on their end, on my end if the office had a power outage even for a second my office computer is then powered off, so in that case I can't connect.

Very Happy with GO To My PC aplication

I am very happy with the product and its subscription. I am not thrilled with its new version. The support could be a more personal rather than reading a bunch of articles.

Go to is sometime a bit slow. At times the host screen and viewer screen adjustments are needed. Price ???
