Stable & consistent remote access

Usually a good connection and good customer service when needed. Connection does freeze up at times, which I believe may be caused by connection at the site I'm remoting into.

I enjoy the easy remote access to my primary computer in another city; and I can access it from multiple locations and other electronic devices.

Cons:

The remote access screen is smaller than the full screen on my laptop/cpu. Hard to read documents at times. Rather expensive.

I have been using GoToMyPC for over 15 years. I could not recommend a better platform for accessing my data.

Cons:

Updating remote computers is not always optimal. It is difficult if I am not at the remote location or if someone else is not there.

Careful,,only annual plans,,

We do not use it..When I tried to cancel, I was told that we had a annual plan and we would have to carry the cost for another 8 months.

We never use it... It could be great, but watch what you sign up for

Cons:

They do not offer a monthly plans, only monthly billing, and do not alert you when your account is up for renewal..Renewal is automatic.

GoToMyPC is easy to use and extremely reliable

I have used GoToMyPC for many years to manage my mother's PC remotely. It has been a godsend! It has enabled me to assist her whenever she needs help, which makes her very happy and reduces my stress. I keep her PC updated and working properly on my schedule rather than taking up time I could be spending with her when I am there in person.

GoToMyPC is simple to use and extremely reliable. I have never had an issue accessing my mother's computer remotely due to an issue with GoToMyPC - it just works!

Cons:

I wish it were a bit less expensive. Other than that, there is nothing I haven't loved about GoToMyPC!

10 + Years and Happy with GoToMyPC

My experience has been highly satisfactory. We appreciate the ease of use, the remote access, and the accessible customer service. There is so much out there that you can never talk to a human, and GoToMyPC is amazing in so many ways, including the human connection to our high technology!

I love that I can always access my computer from anywhere! I do not have many problems or connectivity issues and when I do, I can get someone on the phone to help me quickly. Everyone is knowledgeable about troubleshooting and friendly. I've been using it for over 10 years and it's ease and dashboard is wonderful and easy.

Cons:

There's not much I can say. There have been every few times that I have to call customer support - usually it's an update that I need to make- and everyone is helpful.

RoboForm great to use but now expensive

A great program to have and to use. It was well priced until it was taken over and changed to a subscription-based program and now high cost.

Pros:

Easy to use, all logins and bookmarks in one place. Saves a lot of time and great that it can be used on any device. You can use your own passwords or let it generate strong passwords for you. Also like that you can complete your information and when you need to fill in a form you can with just one click.

Cons:

The cost of it has gone up considerably since the company changed hands.

Great long term experience with the company

I have been with GoToMyPC for over 10 years now and have always been impressed with the customer service, if when there were times of not very good connections.

Pros:

Fast connection, I can access my computer anywhere in the world. Consistent connections. Now supports a duel monitor environment. Easy file transfer from you main computer to my laptop or other computer if needed.

Cons:

Crazy pricing over the years, is pretty good now. There were a couple of years where I did not have great connections, but it was the best alternative to all the other competitors in the market.
