We used the control permissions from Zoom and Teams for our macOS support when the pandemic hit and it was clunky at best. Being able to use an app that is built out for macOS remote support was an absolute game changer.

Please note that only essential updates that contain new features and important performance improvements require installing the newest version of the Expert console: 1) the orange icon in the Expert app's top bar signals that a major update has arrived and you won't be able to start a new session unless you upgrade to the newest version, 2) the green icon means that a minor update is available and you can upgrade the app to its latest version whenever you're ready.
