We have an onsite computer science engineer with a specialty in Database management and she and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] at RMI have done an amazing job of configuring our package to support the very unique aspects of our business so that we have the data and metrics we need to manage our business.

The fact that there isn't an Instructions Handbook given to the customer after the setup left us having to create our own. This should have been customized with the pages we use and given to us. Also, the training should have given us a big picture explanation first and then been broken down from there. It seems like we went straight into pages that looked like Greek to us when we started. Not everyone who knows how to use a product is skilled at training others to use it, but there are programs to teach people how to train others more effectively. Having well-trained trainers will help your customers tremendously.
