Pros:

Integration with our Microsoft Dynamics NAV system is quite easy. It is the ease of working with it that makes it nice. Very accessible, also fully in the cloud.

Cons:

For small companies there are quite a lot of features that are a little overwhelming.

Pros:

Voor de klant, het klantenportaal is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk en voldoet aan alle wensen 2022. Voor de magazijnier, zeer enthousiast over de app + barcodescanner. Aanpassingen in de software zijn mogelijk voor een zo efficiënt mogelijke werking.

Cons:

Mijn ervaring met updates zijn niet zo positief (begrijp de reden wel) Tot op vandaag geen nadeel

Reasons for choosing RentMagic

We kregen een demo van Bart en Valentin, ondanks er nog geen klantenportaal was kwam Bart zeer zelfverzekerd over. We gaan dit project samen doen slagen, deze woorden heb ik altijd onthouden. En hij hield woord :-)

Reasons for switching to RentMagic

Mijn vraag was, naast de backoffice, om een klantenportaal en online betaalsysteem te programmeren, dit was niet mogelijk.

Pros:

Vanuit strategisch standpunt, waar ik het meest bij betrokken was, is dit een topproduct om de uitleen van onze materialen te beheren! We zijn gestart met de standaard SaaS-oplossing, waar al enorm veel relevante functionaliteiten inzitten (order, bestelling, prijzen, stockbeheer, ...) en zijn nadien gaan uitbreiden door heel specifieke uitbreidingen/ontwikkelingen toe te passen in samenspraak met de mensen van Infodatek. Zij zijn ook enorm klantvriendelijk. Niets is voor hen te veel gevraagd en samen vinden we steeds een oplossing voor onze vragen of problemen. Ze denken ook actief mee als we ergens even geen raad mee weten.

Cons:

Omdat het product echt wel veel onderdelen omvat, is het in het begin even zoeken welke functionaliteit exact waar zich bevindt. Maar eens je dat onder de knie hebt, is dat helemaal geen struikelblok meer!

Reasons for switching to RentMagic

We werkten vroeger met een zeer oude, rigide, legacy toepassing die ons niet toeliet in te spelen op nieuwe noden en vragen. Met RentMagic kunnen we dat zeker wel. We hebben alles in de hand nu en kunnen bij nieuwe markten of vragen samen met onze contactpersonen bij Infodatek de nieuwe opties onderzoeken en implementeren.

- De organisatie van de verhuur is een stuk eenvoudiger geworden - Klanten kunnen snel en eenvoudig een fiets huren

Cons:

- Weinig overzicht over de artikelen over de magazijnen heen - Moeilijk aan nieuwe medewerkers aan te leren. De processen zijn vaak complex en weinig intuïtief. - Snel overzicht krijgen van cijfers (verhuuraantallen, omzet...) is moeilijk (Dashboards werken nog niet)
