Pros:

As a marketing agency, we're constantly juggling multiple client accounts and need tools that streamline our workflow. DmarcReport has been a game-changer in this regard. The platform's clear, concise reports make it easy to understand the DMARC health of our clients' domains at a glance. No more wading through complex data – DmarcReport presents the essential information in a way that's both informative and actionable. This has allowed us to quickly identify potential issues, such as unauthorized email senders or misconfigurations, and take proactive steps to protect our clients' reputations. In the world of email marketing, trustworthiness is paramount, and DmarcReport has become an indispensable tool for ensuring our clients' emails reach their intended recipients and maintain their brand integrity. Rollout/implementation is easy as well. We use this tool about every month. Formerly we used DMARCIAN.

Cons:

Honestly, there's not much to dislike about DmarcReport. It does its job exceptionally well. Perhaps one minor suggestion for improvement would be to offer more customizable reporting options. While the existing reports are comprehensive, the ability to tailor them to specific client needs or preferences would be a welcome addition.

Pros:

It has an easy to use interface and i really like the hosted dmarc and mta-sts - this makes it so much easier to make changes as needed. They continue to innovate and add features.

Cons:

The reporting interface isn't the best to navigate and its hard to see much from a global view. These have improved but that is my only real gripe

Pros:

DMARC Report has become the foundation of my managed email security and deliverability service. The reporting dashboard makes it easy to interpret DMARC data, detect spoofing attempts, and troubleshoot authentication issues. Their hosted DMARC and MTA-STS services save a huge amount of time by eliminating the usual complexity of DNS configuration. Client onboarding is smooth, results are clear, and the platform has made it easy to demonstrate measurable improvements to email deliverability.

Cons:

The only drawback is the user interface. It’s functional and reliable, but not the most visually polished compared to some alternatives. Once you understand the layout, it works perfectly — it just isn’t very pretty.

Pros:

DMARC Report is super easy to get up and running, and the reporting is clear and helpful. I like that it gives me straightforward insights into who’s sending email on behalf of my domain and whether those messages are passing or failing DMARC checks. The tool makes it simple to spot spoofing attempts and tighten up policies without needing to be a deep technical expert.

Cons:

On the flip side, the interface feels a bit clunky and could use a refresh. The documentation isn’t always detailed enough, so troubleshooting can take longer than I’d like. I also wish it had more advanced features and integrations to match some of the other tools out there. Overall, it does the job well, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

DMARC reporting made easy

This was an excellent product and the ease of use, was unrivalled. I had need to email [sensitive content hidden] with a query and he responded within the day with a solution. So great customer support.

Pros:

DMARC Report makes setting up DMARC very easy for an email domain. More importantly even a non-coder like myself can do this too by following the step by step instructions for my namehost. It allows you to setu pBIMI and also DKIM etc easily too. This makes it easy for me also to view and monitor the email performance (and also intrusion attempts too).

Cons:

The MTA-STS instructions were less clear than DMARC and I was not able to successfully set this up for now.
