About Metrics Watch

Metrics Watch is a reporting software that helps businesses send email-based marketing reports directly to recipients without the need for PDF attachments or external dashboard links. The platform enables managers to track changes across marketing campaign performances via graphs, charts and funnels.

Administrators can add the company’s logo and color scheme to modify the pre-built report on a drag-and-drop interface. Additionally, it allows supervisors to integrate the system with several third-party applications such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, MailChimp and more.

Excellent for General Reporting

As a boutique marketing agency, MetricsWatch has served our needs and simplified our reporting so far. We might need more customization as we expand though.

Pros:

It was extremely quick to set up and we love the automated reporting. Seeing reports in our inbox first allows us to analyze, take notes, and send the final report with notes to our clients. And support has been excellent whenever we’ve had a problem.

Cons:

We’d like to Shopify and Klaviyo get an integration. Also, it’s not possible to build custom metrics yourself. Support will help but it takes a few days. We’d also like to see blended metrics, for example, ROAS, but for FB Ads + Google Ads.

It simplifies my life . I can organize everything and get a better style of life

Cons:

I think it could be better if they have some offers were they sell it cheaper

Pros:

Metrics Watch helps me automate reporting for a number of clients who need data on everything from Analytics, to Ads, to performance reporting.

Cons:

I'd like to see more design options added to the interface. There aren't a whole lot of cons that I've run into yet.

Their pricing was too expensive and I was looking for the perfect "in the middle" for our business which only had 3 clients to start.
