Pros:

The team at Could Rental have been more than able and willing to adapt their product to meet my business' ever changing needs.

Cons:

The software is internet based, I live in a very rural area where internet is limited and somewhat unavailable. However, this is not the developers fault.

No up front cost, ease of integration, dealing with one person though out the entire process, and there willingness to develop their product to better help my business.

We know occasionally you have lost internet connectivity and had to revert to your cell phone Wi-Fi hotspot to keep your hardware store and equipment rental business operational on our software. Given our average program size of under 50k bytes, our understanding is your system maintained its excellent performance even on a cellular Wi-Fi network. We know you are using our integrated credit card processor so you can continue to process credit cards even when your internet connection is not available.

Cloud Rental

As a smaller company it is always harder to find support. In 2013 when I started looking to make a change, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]and everyone at Cloud Rental went out of their way to show me the advantages of there product, and make the transition seamless. Over the top support from day one!

Pros:

The simplicity of the software makes it very easy for users to learn the system quickly. Authority levels allow for adjustment while still maintaining a high level of security. The ability to customize the program to add features for our company

Cons:

After using what was the largest software program in the industry for just over 7 years, then switching to Cloud, I can find nothing to point to as a downside.

Cloud Rental offered everything that we were looking for in a system, the support we felt we might need, and the reliability of the system without the cost and maintenance of on site hardware.

Great Product, Even Greater Support

Cloud Rental has been a great system for our company. I am so confidant in their product and we have such a good working relationship that they agreed to develop another software for a related business I own.

Pros:

What I like most about the software is the fact that you are not buying a canned package from some company that has thousands of users that could care less about the success of the implementation and if it helps your business succeed. They had us up and running in one day! If you buy Cloud Rental, you will have access to the owner of the company and the people who created it. Modifications to the software that are needed to help run your business better are considered instead of being told flat out no like we have been told by other vendors.

Cons:

It took me a long time to find it. Cloud Rental is not a company that toots its own horn on its capabilities. They need to promote their product more to the public.

Great System!

Cloud Rental Systems has been in our daily use for over ten years. There are no serious weaknesses that we have discovered, and any suggestions we have had have been thoughtfully considered and implemented when appropriate.

Easy access to meaningful reports, customer history with a click of the mouse, and although seldom needed, outstanding support.

Cons:

No "Cons" really nothing to dislike... Suggested minor changes years ago, they were implemented quickly where appropriate.

Easiest Rental System

We can now ring customers up in just a few clicks of a mouse, where before we would spend minutes ringing them up. If you need something different for your business they can modify it anyway you need.

If you can buy something on Amazon you can ring up customers on this system. Customer support is always on point, no wait times on hold.

Cons:

Nothing, everything is smooth. If I ever have any problems I just call customer support and the will get it handled before I’m off the phone with them.

Pricing changes back to zero unless it's fixed within the system
