    [SENSITIVE CONTENT] changed the way we work for better and made our life and our customers experiences a lot easier as My team and I are on the front line delivering hundreds of services used by thousands of customers taking advantage of our products. We are on top of every initiative and project but we don’t have to be on top of every team or client. We are currently able to onboard 2 times to 3 times the number of clients easily and efficiently. For me as CEO, Everysingle day I have in front of my on my desk about 100 Automations and 33 integrations. Among the best of them is [SENSITIVE CONTENT], boosting following up leads and tracking them instead of having them burried in our email inboxes.After [SENSITIVE CONTENT], Every employee win our company as a voice as over 200 people are currently contributing ideas to our products , services, clients and customers.

    The product is very easy to use. The integration with our existing platforms and softwares was simple For me as CEO, Every single day I have in front of my on my desk about 100 Automations and 33 integrations. Among the best of them is [SENSITIVE CONTENT], boosting following up leads and tracking them instead of having them buried in our email inboxes.
    Cons:
    We were unorganized, cheotic, unable to communicate our initiatives/programs/projects efficeintly and the process of decision making was quite unclear and inefficient. So We needed a customaizable end to end solution that is easy, smooth and sexy enough to for our board of directors internally and our customers externally to get back to it around the clock and give them the best results to facilitate taking their decisions for the best of our business interests. So here comes Noshway as our faithful partner and delivering [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. After [SENSITIVE CONTENT], We are much more organized and our board of directors and VPs can litterely see all aspects of our business ant any point any time and take the right decisions. It definitely helps us streamline the way we work and reduce the turn-around time of our deliverables to a great extent. Visibility is now possible for all our management hierarchy starting from our board up to our end clients and customers. We used to send 600 emails internally per day and Thanks to Noshway, This has been reduced to 10 emails.

    Nice at all even with language misunderstandings sometimes, they work hard to satisfy their customers.

    Many features modifiable especially loyalty points system.
    Cons:
    Complete language translation is missing for the system and apps. It should be based on french language for its precision and it would be easy to translate in other languages after.

    DON'T waste your time or money with Noshway!

    Well... if you enjoy buying something and only getting half, and then enjoy being 100% ignored otherwise known as zero support... otherwise known as being ripped off > then 10/10. However, if you're a real business and you expect delivery of an app as advertised on their website > a firm 0/10. I wasted 5 weeks waiting for Noshway and I regret it painfully. I now have to go back to the drawing board and find another provider, pay, wait and hope I get what is promised. DON'T RISK YOUR BUSINESS WITH NOSHWAY.

    At first, communication and negotiation was okay. I believed they would deliver. After paying, they did set up the same as what could be tested before purchasing. They did not setup ANY of what couldn't (more on that below, next). Their "CEO" appointed a "project manager" and both are unavailable by all known methods.
    Cons:
    They just stopped communicating. I had requested and paid for a customisation that would significantly improve their app. I did not get the customisation nor did I get the other half of what was promised > KDS (kitchen display) or driver app. I did also ask for screenshots of them, which I never got. I emailed them, called, texted > their last login was two weeks ago (contracted just over one month) which tells me everything else I needed to know > I got scammed.
