A Great Software for Transport Businesses

Great and easy to use, integrates easily with major transport companies. handles all of the necessary requirements of a transport business. helps your company grow into a larger more appealing company for your customers.

Pros:

The UI is easy to navigate and quite substantial in its features. The software covers every aspect of a transport business.

Cons:

The API could have more features like retrieving all consignments, pods, scan items with options to filter customers etc. Integrations can take a while.

the price was about 20x cheaper than HUB Systems.

Good User Friendly system

I am enjoying using Transvirtual. Very user friendly didnt really need much training & we are learning more about it all the time.

I like that everything is linked from the quote - connote with pod - invoice One of the best systems i have used in transport in 30 years.

Cons:

loading the quotes can be a bit slow. i dont really have anything else that I dislike its all good for me.

Learning Curve

its ok, the setup is quite difficult, but the tracking is good. The drivers find it quite difficult to learn on how to update the app.

Good way to stay on top of tracking, Easy to get in touch with someone who can help with set up, Easy to enter consignments into system. Good way for customers to see delivery updates.

Cons:

Quite difficult to set up internally, not enough security measures (Drivers can see each other's vehicles if entered into system. Alot of background work needed to set up the website how you want it but that's ok. Drivers find it difficult to understand updating jobs in the app.

To track delivery's, to make invoicing easier, to have customer logins to see live tracking.

The system is flexible in importing/exporting all types of data and allows users to rate consignments in any way you can imagine. The mobile app has enabled our drivers to complete deliveries more efficiently using scanning and optimized routing.

Cons:

The reporting could be better with an inbuilt BI Tool.

Cons:

how different people use TV differently and not consistent through different carriers, same system but different carriers use it less efficiently causing in-effectiveness from my end

Lacking a personal response from a human to speak through a challenge over the phone. I would expect that being that CEO of Tas Connect Logistics that I would have a direct contact with the top of Transvirtual?

Traceability of Revenue by Linehaul Manifest, albeit that it doesn't show $ value without opening up

Cons:

On consignment page on page 2 or 3, then change date range to one day, then shows nothing being 2/1 or 3/1
