About InMoment
InMoment is a cloud-based survey solution designed for midsize and large enterprises that offers employee and customer feedback tools. It serves a variety of industries including automotive, finance, health care, retail, IT and utilities.
InMoment allows businesses to collect customer feedback through multiple channels, including text messages, voice and video. It includes analytics tools such as predictive modeling and text diagnosis. This solution can also be used to take continuous feedback from employees, including employee expectations of managers. Surveys can be submitted anonymously to keep feedback confidential.
InMoment’s closed-loop solution comes with root-cause analysis tools that provides employees with tools to address individual complaints through prioritization tools. Additional features include case management, configurable dashboard and reporting.
Services are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis that includes phone and email based support.

Difficult and slow to accomplish anything, lack of flexibility to make any changes in the email and the survey. Poorly designed surveys reported to have used up more than the contracted number of hours to deploy. I have not received 8h of management support services a month since I joined the company almost a year ago.
