I like how I can customize the documents and uploads myself.

Cons:

Sometimes the app will log you out but i think it only happens when there is an update.

Budee App has made my life so much easier!

The Budee team has been with me the whole process. Start up and uploading information could not have been easier. The personal attention and willingness to work through our needs has been unparalleled.

Pros:

The best feature is the employee training tracker. Employees can upload all their training certificates the app then stores, approves and lets you and the employee know when they expire. What a time saver! The app streamlines our whole safety program. All documents and files are organized in one location, reviewed and distributed to all employees. Our checklists and field forms have all been converted to easily navigable electronic forms. These forms are now organized and easily accessible.

Cons:

We want more. We started moving other archaic and outdated programs to Budee to streamline those processes as well.

Reasons for switching to Budee

It was limited and only did one aspect of my safety program. Budee does it all.

Budee - Effective App for Improving Worker Safety

Budee is very flexible, the infrastructure is super dependable. The software team is passionate about making a tool that truly helps people and moves the needle in safety and safety managers quality of work.

Cons:

It's really about culture change. Not the software's fault but the construction industry has been inundated by the app of the month. Many front-line safety folks are building systems to try to simplify reporting and policy compliance but none are very good. The workforce is getting a new way to do something all the time and are frankly overstimulated and have to submit things multiple different ways. So the hardest part is getting front line workers to try something new in a time where folks are simply overwhelmed. The beauty of Budee is that it has a real back end behind it and a powerful infrastructure. Once the workers get a feel it it will grow organically. I like to think of it as a tool to use, verse a rule.

Reasons for choosing Budee

Budee is proactive verse reactive. Budee is the only tool that has evidence-based tools to proactively identify a worker who might be at risk for presenteeism, depression, moods... that lead to greater risk of accidents.
