Great improvement in task accomplishment; less time consumed to develop and establish reports, data integrity is preserved, data storage and security is guaranteed to be secured.

A flexible platform that provides a template that ease us to customize the features to adapt with our organization's existing framework. This also guarantees easy adoption of new framework requirements (if any) upon any regulation changes. Also, it is very good and unique that the users of this platform are offered with opportunities to gain knowledge and acquire skill with certification in the Academy section.

Cons:

The inability to automatically generate an ID for each data saved.

Flexible, simple yet advanced design of interface which smoothens our data migration process. Great package provided with great, helpful and skillful team from Diligent helps us in knowledge transfer and proper training given to our stakeholders. Most importantly, the experience we had with the Diligent team from the start (solution demo) until go-live, was superb! Post go-live support are excellent! Hence the reason why it is now our fourth year of using the platform :)

HighBond platform as used by Internal Audit

HighBond transformed the way we do and document our audit. We used to them manually. Now, we document them all digitally via HighBond. With ACL also, we automated our audit operations such as resource analysis, budget to actuals analysis etc,. All these are documented automatically through Storyboards available in the platform also.

Some features that we would be happy to see: 1. Ability for admins to assign required fields before sign-off 2. Timesheet approval workflow 3. Ability of Contributor license users to sign-off at summary pages

I like the fact that the solution is now evolving into a cloud based solution and not on-premise. This affords the IT team more time to handle other core functions while being confident that the Audit activities are not impacted negatively.

Cons:

Pricing model is a bit prohibitive to the small and medium size entities.

ACL Analytics and ACL Robotics - Simply Amazing capabilities in the windows version and the GRC platform. The ability to automate repetitive tasks is awesome.

Cons:

Some of the advanced apps/features found in competitors platforms aren't present. UI looks basic. Ability to customize workflow/add advanced or complex workflows is missing.
