I can state with confidence that, based on my whole experience with Forwardly, it has proven to be an excellent financial management tool for me. I was amazed by its user-friendly layout and clear functionality as soon as I started using it. The program smoothly combines several financial components, such as forecasting, cash management, and risk management, giving me a complete picture of the financial health of my company. Making educated decisions and monitoring key performance metrics have been made much easier thanks to the real-time data and customisable reports. The collaboration tools have also improved team member coordination and communication, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Every time I had a query or ran into a problem, the support staff was prompt and helpful.

Pros:

Forwardly's amazing money management skills left me feeling quite pleased. My financial operations have been greatly eased by the platform's extensive feature set. The extensive forecasting tool is one outstanding feature that enables me to confidently make accurate estimates and plan for the future. It has been extremely beneficial to evaluate various company strategies and their possible financial results by using "what if" scenarios. Real-time data reporting, which gives me current information on my financial status, is another standout feature.

Cons:

During my time with Forwardly, I discovered that the platform lacked several sophisticated customization features that would have been useful for my particular requirements. Although it has a variety of functions for financial management, there were times when I wished I had more freedom to customize the system to fit my particular company needs. The learning curve for using several features was also a little steep, taking some time and effort to properly understand how they worked.

Highly recommended for marketing consultants

I have made around 50 payments over last 3 months. I am finding that my initial payments to suppliers were kind of slow but now almost all of them have become instant and real time.

Pros:

Prompt with all support concerns and the service has been good. The fees are more than acceptable compared to other services

Cons:

Initial setup seems to take a bit of time but it was all in the name of security so not really a con.

Awful experience

Forwardly gave me and the people i was paying so much hassle. They took money and then closed my account. Terrible experience Decided to try them instead of Melio. I will be going back to Melio

Try Forwardly

Excellent customer service, and the pricing is fair. Currently, I will be using Forwardly to collect client payments. In the future, I plan on using other areas.

Cons:

I recently started using Forwardly and I have not found anything I dont like about the software. I have a bookkeeping and payroll business and it does all I need it to so far.

The customer service is very helpful and the free ACH is awesome! I also really enjoy the recurring ACH request that can be sent out, so I am not handling any bank details myself.

Cons:

The payment processing time is slow, but I’ve only been using it for a couple of months so maybe it will get faster. I had a little trouble figuring out which invoices would be automatically triggered with the recurring ACH feature, and the sync with Quickbooks is helpful but when I merged 2 client names (same client) in QBO, I had to resend the recurring authorization request, so just a feature to be aware of. I’m hopeful it will be smooth sailing now!

Reasons for switching to Forwardly

Forwardly offered free ACH payments, and a smooth recurring ACH authorization email/form so I didn’t have to touch bank details from clients paying me.
