Demo Wizard is a platform for in-store demos across US brick-and-mortar retail stores that doubles up as a brand ambassador management system for vendors. It has scheduling and coordinating tools for demo coordinators who handle up to 500 demos per month. The tool allows brand ambassadors to clock in and out from a demo with geolocation timestamps.
The platform serves as an attendance verification tool for supervisors and payroll professionals. Users can generate invoices, payment statements and tax documents automatically. Product vendors and shopper marketing agencies can use Demo Wizard to find a store's availability days in advance.
Demo Wizard provides users with details of the products they wish to promote and automatically alerts suppliers and brand ambassadors. Users can then check to ensure the store has sufficient inventory or samples in stock. Users can upload photos, leave comments, issue receipts and generate ROI reports for field marketing organizations.

Scheduling of Brand Ambassadors used to involve many calls and many changes back and forth between stores. Now I see exactly who is available for a store and time my clients want and can set the demo with a few clicks. Reporting is online, standardized and streamlined with all the info and pictures my clients want. Invoicing is now done effortlessly as all the receipts and expenses are in the reports.

It worked but it seemed a little too complicated for what I really needed. Really just need to secure a date and alert the buyers what products you are sampling but I had to click multiple buttons and features to do that.
