Pros:
Jobber gives me a massive amount of time back by generating invoices from the jobs my technicians are doing.
Cons:
Time tracking is faulty and does not add time together properly. It often gives around 90min extra time per week to my team. Which if not caught, would average between four or five thousand dollars a year. As such I have had to quit using it and go back to the Workforce app.

Vendor Response

Hi Michael, Thanks for the thoughtful review! We're glad to hear Jobber is saving you time with automated invoicing and that recent improvements—like additional customer profiles—have been helpful. We appreciate your honest feedback about time tracking and understand how critical accuracy is. That’s not the experience we want for you, and we’ve shared this with our product team. If you’re open to revisiting this or sharing more details, our Support team would love to help troubleshoot further. You can reach us at 1-888-721-1115 (option 1) or support@getjobber.com. Pros:
I like Jobber for it's vast offerings including full schedule management, invoicing, follow-up details - it's the best CRM I have used as a cleaning business owner.
Cons:
We like least about Jobber that the application is very inconsistent. We encourage our friends who work on teams to keep communication strong as the application may have you second guessing things here & there.

Reasons for choosing Jobber

The larger quantity of integrations and CRM functions, the messaging function for client's & workers, the ability to leave notes on each job.

Reasons for switching to Jobber

We needed a more robust system, Jobber allowed us 15 users at a median price.

Vendor Response

Hi Sarah, Thank you for the detailed review. We are glad to hear Jobber has been the best CRM you have used for your cleaning business and that our scheduling, invoicing, and CRM tools have supported your team at scale. We also appreciate your honest feedback about consistency, and we will share that with our team. Pros:
Jobber has helped me organize my business in a way that feels professional and efficient. I love how clean the interface is, and how easy it is to send quotes, invoices, and client communications all from one place. It makes me look polished and helps customers feel confident in my service.
Cons:
The biggest challenge has been the pricing structure — some of the best features are locked behind higher tiers, which can feel steep for a small business still growing. I’ve also run into a few quirks when customizing templates and would love more control over formatting for estimates and emails.

Reasons for choosing Jobber

I personally just liked the look of the UI, and then the free trial is where I was won over!

Reasons for switching to Jobber

I made the switch from Markate to Jobber because I was ready for something that could grow with my business. Markate worked well when I was a one-man operation, but as things got busier, I needed a system that offered more automation, a cleaner client experience, and better organization across quotes, scheduling, and payments.

Cons:

Huge increase in efficiency and their customer service rocks!

Overall, I am happy with Jobber. It is expensive but the scope of what we can do with it is great. We had a large project with many different aspects that we needed to utilize, and I wasn't sure how to do it. I was able to book regular time with our rep who walked me through how to best set up the entire project and was available for questions, problems and issues. The project was a complete success--the whole team commented on how efficient the process was this year. I never could have pulled that off without his input. I also very much appreciate that I can text customers right from Jobber and they can ask me questions as needed.

Pros:
Ease of invoicing; having a request form; free website; ease of sending out email campaigns; designated phone number so customers can text the office and vice versa for great customer service that is timely; on our way texting option from the field
Cons:
1. Cost. 2. When current customers fill out our request form, if their name is slightly different, it creates a duplicate client. If the address is slightly off, it creates a duplicate address. 3. There is no way to merge clients or properties.

Cons:
Sometimes the integration with other softwares like quickbooks can be a bit finicky. The price is high but for the most part worth it.
