While it successfully centralized our work streams into a data-driven ecosystem, the enterprise-level complexity and prohibitive per-seat pricing became a major hurdle for a non-profit utilizing a rotating group of interns. The tool felt over-engineered for our needs, creating administrative friction that forced my team to spend more time "managing the software" than executing our core mission, ultimately proving that it was not the right fit for an agile, lean organization like mine.

As stated above this was required for desk booking, however we have since rolled out VR, EV and other functionality across multiple sites. We have very little support calls come through from users and overall positive feedback since the service was bedded in.

Overall, I'm happy with the system, and look forward to new functions in the system that may help our business.I must say, Raj is by far the best and most approachable person I've met on any contract I've worked on. Nothings is too much. Raj always has the answer and helps make the changes we need and want. Having this type of customer service really makes a difference.

We've been able to be proactive and intentional about making our office space work for staff who are not able to work from home due to space or other issues. The mobile app has the same experience as the desktop app, so our team have been able to identify a safe space to work in, book it out, and understand the rules of the building. We've also been able to use SW2 for our own 'track and trace' efforts to support the safety of anyone coming into our building.
