Easy to use and very accurate. I don't really have any problems with using this load board.

DAT Load Board is a standard load board. Customer Service is great.

For the most part, the load board is easy to navigate. DAT shows the avialable freight for different vehicle types.

This company DOES NOT value its customers at all. I had been using the load board since 2021. However, I was locked out of my account because my husband and I shared the username and password to the account. We live in the same house, share the same access to the the internet and work for the company in which we own. We were told we could not share profiles so we apologized and told them we didn't know we couldn't share login credentials. A week later someone attempted to login my account in Singapore, Dallas and Miami. I informed DAT representatives that it wasn't me and they told me to change my password, which I happily did. After complying with the password change, I was still blocked. I called DAT numerous times to try to get the issue resolved only to get the run around. I was told I was blocked because of insurance compliance which was untrue. I sent COIs showing that my insurance was active. After several days and plenty lies from DAT representatives, [sensitive content hidden] in particular, I was told I would be blocked because 144 VPNs were detected on my account. To any smart human, this yells FRAUD.....just not to DAT. Instead, I was told it was my fault that my account had been compromised. This is absolutely ridiculous. As a paying customer for years, I never complained when the load board was having technical issues which prevented paying customers to have access to load board to see available freight. Instead, I was patient and understanding. I'm just not sure why I didn't receive the same grace from DAT.

Very resourceful and helpful anytime I need a load. I would recommend this app to all new truckers and to older seasoned drivers

Need a button to report false postings sometimes postings come on the board with a Gmail address and brokers post the same load over and over and over

50-50 information broker rating not accurate. Need more information on brokers more information on pick up time and delivery.

Brokers and double brokers not good accuracy need more information on them too much too much emails to contact to book a load

Good price. to use .when it work. No one can help me get logged in and now the payment is due and now one can access my account. This has to be the worst No one can help and it been in review for over a week.

Can't understand agents there all foreign.dont speak good english.

Load postings are good. We have good experience with DAT load board. App is advanced with load filter options.

These days so many brokers are fake . We have had bad experience in booking load and not getting paid. DAT should lot let bad brokers or fraud accounts to post loads. Plan Price

Fake brokers. Wish that it can be a little bit more cheaper so first Owener operators can afford.

They have Accurate information when it comes to looking for loads

could show better sorting options when trying to find loads specific to a area. As in when you search a area it gives you suggested loads but i wish it would show the next closest to your search in order below
