About Drivewyze

Drivewyze PreClear is a cloud-based fleet management app that allows users to legally bypass weigh stations and mobile inspection sites from either a mobile device, tablet or electronic logging device.

Drivewyze also provides free Heads Up Notifications at over 1,200 sites across the U.S., so that users can be prepared for upcoming weigh stations. As well, the program delivers fleet users an analytics module that allows fleets to visualize the cost of weigh station pull-ins and estimate what returns on investments to expect from a bypass service.

Drivers can download the mobile app on their Android or iOS-enabled mobile devices. It provides automated audible and visual commands to the drivers and alerts them about the upcoming weigh stations on their route. The solution is compliant with FMCSA and state distracted driving laws.

Drivewyze PreClear offers live technical support for all its users and partners with Omnitracs, PeopleNet, Zonar and Rand McNally for ELD support. It is compatible with Android and iOS.

Time Saver, Simple - But Effective!

This system has paid for itself super fast. We appreciate how quickly it notifies our driver. It is based on our good standing with our inspections. We put a great deal of effort to keep safe trucks on the road and every bypass we get shows that we are doing it right. We still get pulled in from time to time and we are out super fast based on our fleet history

Pros:

The time saving that we get with DriveWyze is significant. Super easy for bypass instructions to our driver through our ELD.

Cons:

The only con that I find with DriveWyze is that we didn't do it earlier! Could have saved us countless downtime in scale lines.

The best comprehensive fleet solution

Have been using this solution for a years, nothing but great experience. The simplicity of the platform and BYO device approach it is making this the best solution on the market

Pros:

Simplicity of use and unique approach to handle daily operations for a fleet. It helps not only with bypass solution but with real-time alerts for drivers to notify them of upcoming risk zones

Cons:

Like everything good, it is a little bit pricey. With recent acquisition by Fleetworthy, it didn't improve overall pricing approach making it is really complicated to deal with.

Drivewyze is an upgrade from physical devices

Pros:

It automatically imports drivers from Samsara and gives us more alerts than the physical devices from PrePass

Cons:

Some of our drivers prefer the physical devices, but that is more a problem with them than Drivewyze. We have been able to work with most of them to use it off their iPads.

Drivewyze integrated with Samsara and worked better for us than the PrePass physical devices

Tells u weigh station 2 miles but that's about it except for enty station if it is open? Really

Drivewyze an Improvement over Physical Device

Pros:

Connects to Samsara so we can import drivers. Alerts our drivers more frequently than a physical device like Bestpass.

Cons:

Nothing because it is a clear improvement over our previous physical devices that we were using before.

Drivewyze’s weigh station bypass system has significantly reduced downtime for our drivers, improving route efficiency and morale. Cons:

Tucker Freight Lines - DriveWyze

3.We implemented Drivewyze in 2021 for some cost savings and integration capabilities with our ELD provider. Customer service has been consistent and responsive if we have questions or issues. There are some other perks with Drivewyze that we have been able to test out for our fleet. Overall we have had a great partnership with Drivewyze.

Pros:

We like that Drivewyze is easy to use, and integrate with our ELD. Drivers appreciate that they don’t have another device to worry about and notifications are accurate when it comes to bypasses.

Cons:

There has only been a few times where it has picked up a scale on another side of an interstate or slightly off their route while the drive may be getting off on an exit. Otherwise has been good!

Value for the money less time waiting on the line that help our team to have more time to rest or be on time on the delivery appointment.

Cons:

The user name on the app must have a letter my whole team has only numbers we have to reach customers service every time we have a new driver.

“Drivewyze keeps our trucks moving, cuts down on weigh station delays, and gives our drivers the safety alerts they need. It’s saved us time, fuel, and a whole lot of headaches.”

Cons:

Overall, Drivewyze has been a strong asset for our fleet. The only drawback we’ve noticed is that not every weigh station participates, so there are still times when our drivers have to pull in. A wider coverage network would make the service even more valuable.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing comes to mind. All of my experiences with the support staff at Fleetworthy/ Drivewyze have been the definition of excellence! They are effective, communicative, trustworthy, reliable and responsive.
