-You are able to see when and what has been ordered from supplier.-If order has been delivered or still on its way .-Have access to the invoices that are processed through the order.

Cons:

-Access to proof of delivery on the system, as sometimes it takes a few more days to get it from site and that time we do have deadline we need to meet.

It is simple to run and easy to explain to the next person should they need to use it .It makes procurement and accounting work together.

Not enough filters. All quotations and active sites are all in. Would like the quotes seperate
