So nice we Did it twice

Our facility adopted IntraOne for the first time in 2020. It only took days for the product to prove itself to be a wise choice. So much so that we kept the WMS when we changed ERP systems, and while there are always challenges with those types of projects.....the re-implementation was seamless

IntraOne is rigid enough to keep the warehouse floor in line with SOPs but flexible enough to be built around our business.

Cons:

Support has come a long way over the past 2 years, but still has a bit further to go

Intraone has drastically changed the visibility of our entire operation. order management and inventory control has seen amazing improvements because of the locked down methods Intraone uses to control everything. Accountability and standards are no longer an issue to understand and see.

It is a full WMS system that assists our company in product location through the warehousing process.

Cons:

The product was not initially integrated with Microsoft Dynamics BC and our partner had to work with HyTek to write the integration.

Our environment is custom for our facility, but I wish there were video tutorials of some of the actions on the RF devices and different tools in web tools

Wide variety of applications for use the product has to offer, and being able to customize a feature into how youd need it to work for your use.

Cons:

We have had a number of hiccups along the way with getting the system to communicate with the current system we have been using.

The design of this system is clean, approachable, and easy to work with. The ease of filters is greatly helpful and a quick way to find data quickly and I am able to export this data quickly. My day-to-day tasks are completed in 3 easy steps.

Cons:

There are a couple minor features I would like to see added. Some of these features would be to export data by sku # or mass updating date changes for the entire load vs per order.

Ease of development changes, easy to use tabs for reporting, easy export, nice dashboards

Cons:

Some reports require a second or third report to get all the information you need at one time. A lot of lag for some reports to run.

The Fascor software is very flexible. We have been able to make many changes through the years to help improve our efficiency. Implementing the Box Build product was one of the best decisions we made. It has allowed us to reduce DC labor cost by nearly 25%, while significantly improving our on time shipping. The initial implementation went very smooth.

Cons:

The integration to our business processes were very easy.

Great top Tier product for half the cost

Pros:

This software has all of the features of a top tier product without the the top tier cost. The picking aspect and ability to separate eaches from cases creates great efficiency. System already has many customizations that make it easy to fit to your business needs.

Cons:

Day to day customer support on routine issues is fine. But after implementation it is sometimes hard to get time for new improvements or changes.
