An all-in-one freight management software

Before I was introduced to Logisoft’s software, my operational working hours per day were usually between 12 to 17 hours. I barely had any time for my family or myself due to the processes I had in place at the time. In our previous system, I was doing a lot of double entry of information into different software just to generate a dock receipt for shipments. This process slowed down our daily operations, reduced our quality of service, and limited company growth. I was frustrated and needed a software that could streamline our entire booking process from data entry to shipment management, documentation, accounting, and reporting. Using Logisoft as our operational software, I was able to bring our service to the next level of advancement, reduce processing time, increase productivity, increase volume, and grow the business. If you are a freight forwarder and are struggling or having difficulties with your day-to-day operations, I recommend Logisoft for you. This software will streamline your activities and eliminate the need of having to go from one platform to aanother, Logisoft is an all-in-one solution software.

Pros:

One thing I really appreciate about the developer is that the software was made to mimic my usual process and as a result has become the core of my daily operations. The ability to have all information in one central location from request to shipment, documentation, invoices, vin decoder, and invoicing, has made it easy to have inventory control and generate administrative reports with the click of a button. Logisoft is user friendly. The software was customized to fit and accommodate my most complex business operations, but the user interface features are still easily identifiable and amazingly simple to use. You don’t need a week training to start using the software, this software can be used immediately after installation. The technical support team has been immensely helpful and always responsive irrespective of the incident type or time of the day. Their ability to listen to our problems and resolve issues in a timely manner has surpassed my expectations. They are always ready to help and resolve any technical issue as soon as possible.

Cons:

Logisoft gives us exactly what we need and covers all our Roro business requirements!

They are creative, quick to respond, affordable and speak our non-language. Even better, a one stop shopping place, offering efficient work processes, communication and permanent availability for our day to day challenges.

Cons:

Pros:

I use it to make bookings and I get the bookings instantly.

Cons:

It goes down a number of times and when it updates, I lose it. A bit difficult to follow -- not intuitive.
