learning curve takes a day but once u get a hang of it, it works alright

Gimme Them Credits

These guys are fucken great! I am pretty scattered and they always bring me back to safe ground, if I make a mistake, they recover. It's been great working with them.

Pros:

The fact that the drivers don't just walk up and shove a phone in your face, these are english speaking drivers capable of conversing and understanding.

Cons:

Least..we had some financial disagreements when we were first booting up, but I have moved on pretty good

We are a higher end brand and we have higher requirements needs then McDonalds for hour our customer should be engaged

The app has improved where it is much easier to set up deliveries

Cons:

The quality of drivers. Some are very good but some shouldn't be driving. Also last second cancelations are very infuriating, causing stress for my staff and customers.

Pros:

Metrobi is great! The support is amazing, the platform is easy to use and they even send tracking links to my customers. Not to mention the Shopify integration or the Shopify Extension that are AMAZING!

Cons:

So far, so good. I`ve had one smaller issue with one driver, but their team took care of it and banned him from my network.

Bad drivers and bad support. I used to have issues every week, and didn`t have anyone to call.

Metrobi has been a breath of fresh air! While there has been an expected learning curve with newer drivers, I am so grateful to have a platform, network and support we can rely on for our customers and our unique business model - one that will help us grow. Thank you!

Metrobi helps simplify what can be an otherwise extremely complex and time-consuming task. Customer service, support and reliability are excellent.

Cons:

The cost. For a small business like ours, the costs (in terms of credits) add up. There is so much more I would love to do with Metrobi but we are having to balance that with increased expenses across the board.

Reasons for choosing Metrobi

Metrobi offered reverse logistics capabilities in a straightforward way, whereas others seemed to overcomplicate it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ADN DRIVERS. A driver kidnapped one of our deliveries and they wouldn't do anything about it. She even called asking for money to bring it back. At the end of the day the most important about a delivery company is the drivers
