Previously, we were a ControlHub customer and with CH abruptly getting shut down, we moved over to Precoro. Overall, the experience was fairly smooth. We went from signing the contract to go-live in 15 days. Integrations are easy to setup, the implementation consultant [sensitive content hidden] helped us get bulk data imported into our account in time for go-live and made sure our go-live was a success.

Pros:
Fairly simple onboarding process, easy approval flow editor, mobile app, SSO is not paywalled behind an expensive plan, plenty of customizations when it comes to custom fields to keep track of various purchasing details.
Cons:
Limited selection of punchout integrations (currently only a few vendors - Amazon, Fisher Scientific, Grainger, McMaster). No vendor portal. No ability to use custom domain name for outbound emails.

Zip was way to expensive (50k) for a small team like ours.

Cons:
The way reports are generated. Some techincal issues but nothing that would make me or my organization I work for want to change purchasing systems.

I was impressed with Precoro's user-friendly interface and powerful analytics and reporting capabilities. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to learn and navigate. The software's analytics and reporting features provide comprehensive insights, helping me make informed decisions. I particularly appreciated the option to export data in Excel format, enabling further analysis and customization.
Cons:
It is not intuitive enough for me how inventory management should work. Also, when manually entering a new item, the small window provided for name and description made it difficult to verify entered information. Additionally, I discovered that Precoro allowed the creation of duplicate SKU numbers, even when an existing SKU already existed. Despite these concerns, Precoro's user-friendly interface and powerful analytics remain valuable for procurement processes.

In the short time we have implemented Precoro, it has streamlined our procurement process. We love the transparency it brings to the team and accountability on team members. Being able to link it to QBO has also made it easier for our finance team to reconcile invoices and payments.

It's very user friendly and there are tons of guides to help you when you're stuck. Our CSM, [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful and patient when onboarding us, fielding questions and guiding us through the entire process.
Cons:
I wish the punch out and punch in add ons were easier to configure or included in the onboarding step.

The ease of set up and the customer support. I knew my team and they stayed with me through the whole journey!
Cons:
I had very specific setups and there were times I couldn't find the exact training documents on how to set up a user, but the team didn't seem to mind that I had to bother them personally to assist!

They took the time to understand our business needs and made every effort to configure the system according to our requests. Cons:
The Precoro module needs improvement in cost allocation. Instead of using percentage allocation, it should be based on actual figures.
