    Scope will save you a lot of time!

    I have been working with scope for 3 years and it has been amazing. I work in logistics and we have everything integrated in Scope: warehousing, distribution, accounting, exports & imports for both air and ocean and it's very useful. Everybody has access to the same information which is great in logistics and also Scope is great because is synchronized with INTTRA which means you can request the booking to the shipping lines through it saving you a lot of time

    Pros:
    What I love about Scope is that it is very easy to use and save me a lot of time. I have used another software before and it was a nightmare trying to keep everything up, but thanks to Scope my job is easier now. Things like AES submission are the greatest example: before what I used to do was entered all the information on the AES website which is time consuming because the it requires a lot of information for each shipment. With Scope as long as you enter all the information as shipper and consignee, it will be saved it for ever and for future submissions it will save you a lot of time.
    Cons:
    The only thing that I have seen missing in Scope are the notifications. It will be a dream to have the system sending you alerts all the time regarding your shipments.

    Easy to use and supportive tool for the daily operation

    Overall, The program is a good support of our daily ROUTINE. This software can be compared to programs of other large companies at any time and is improved daily by the users.

    Logical and self-explantory

    We are using Scope since 2015 for round about 30 branches in 12 countries, handling our Air & Ocean business and are still happy with it. Scope has a logical User interface which is easy to train and to support.

    Scope is easy to use, logical structured with the possibility to enter shipments very quick. The accounting interface is comprehensible and adaptable to the needs of many countries. All common market standard operation tools can be connected to Scope, like INTTRA, CargoSmart, Ocean Insights, Dakosy, BHT, Airline provider, ... which makes it more efficient to work with. Customs fully integrated in some countries.
    Cons:
    No complains so far for all the years we used Scope as our Software

    Scope is an efficient TMS to handle forwarding business easily. We use it in Germany since its introduction in 2010 and it took a great development since today. Most of the applications are self-explanatory and for all others there is an online Scope manual. Additionally you can book a personal training. It also offers excellent support: in case of any problem, their ticket system allows a direct problem description with automated print screens and logfiles, so that the support team can give fast and comprehensive help solving the issue in a very short time.
    Cons:
    Scope has many different users in many countries now. So individual changes in the Programme may take some time until they are valued and implemented.

    We are using Scope for many years now and are still satisfied. We always get a quick and helpful response from their support Team and the Software is constantly evolving giving us all the features we require. Fo us it is very important to get an individual Software belonging to our requirements and not the other way around. It's easy to use and mostly self-explanatory for the Basic components.
