I have done a lot of research on route accounting and Solid Innovation is the best value .

No need to enter sales into our system at the end of the day. Route drivers are doing that as they deliver - HUGE benefit.

Pros:

Ease of use and functionality. Other software was too cumbersome or too light. Solid Innovations had the right balance of robustness, simplicity and value.

Cons:

We've had some bugs which were ultimately fixed. This is an inconvenience, but because of good communication I felt issues always were worked out to my satisfaction.

We use only a few features along with QuickBooks desktop. Software does not require dealing with extraneous features that we do not us--a true +. Having customer support available and responsive.

Cons:

Sync'ing issues from time to time--Usually a connectivity/ Mobile device rather than a software issue. Always helpful customer support gets me through.

It's better than doing it all manually. It generates less errors and doing it manually.

It's cheap. If it would function it could be a great value. You can run it on your Android phone. It's a simple app.

Cons:

Too many problems with no resolution. Search function Scrolls and locks up. Printer we'll lock up. Other features that are supposed to work can't be tested because of the issues that are unresolved.
