transloads.co is a cloud-based Transload Management Software for rail-to-truck reload terminals.

Designed to be easy to use for fast adoption by both, the yard managers and field crews. There are no proprietary hardware requirements - we rely on off-the-shelf computers and mobile devices. The platform includes a web-based management portal for office/desktop use, as well as, a mobile interface for field operators. We manage all the security, backups, and scalability so our customers can focus on managing and growing your business.

It is a full-featured YMS and key product capabilities include shipment management, inbound and outbound workflow management, inspections, inventory management, low inventory tracking, one-click Invoicing, BOL generation, document management, cloud storage, digital audit trail, shipment/inventory documentation, demurrage management, reporting & analytics, user-defined data fields, track management, and role-based User Access Control.

The Transloads.co software has been an excellent customizable user friendly experince!

I manage a 80,000 sqft transload warehouse and we use transloads.co to run all aspects of our business. Their warehouse management system is still maturing, but their customer support is top notch. They respond quickly to inquiries and are always eager to help. I had an issue that required a complex workaround and their support team (in particular [sensitive content hidden]) was able to help me troubleshoot and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. They were always available and eager to answer any questions I had and were very knowledgeable about their product. My take on their team is that they are building a product for the customer with a personal stake in mind. They really do invest the time to make sure that you have all of your questions answered and needs addressed. They created a system that is easy to use and intuitive, making it a great choice for businesses of any size. Overall, I highly recommend this system and the team behind it. They have done an amazing job of creating a reliable and cost-effective transloading software for my company. mm

Even better - you can get 1 on 1 expert assistance from them. My experience with [sensitive content hidden] has truly been a stress free hands on guide in helping me to understand the processes and create a tailor made product for my customers needs.

Cons:

Very steep learning curve - but with all new WMS systems this is the norm.

User Friendly Software - All In One Capability

My overall experience is very positive. The support staff/customer service is great. They make me feel like I am their priority and always take their time to help. There is not a lot of fluff to the software. Every feature is useable and it is not a complicated system to use.

What I like best is the interface is very easy to navigate and use. All the data is necessary to the job and the support staff is very helpful. I can manage all inbound railcars and trucks, along with their inventory, then the outbound process. I cannot speak highly enough of the tools and how well the software was built to make it easy to navigate.

Cons:

The features are really good. When I have issues, it is typically on my end. The support team is really good about walking me through the process I missed or did not complete.

Reasons for choosing Transloads.co

The price was much better than the competitors. Also, there are not a lot of specialized software for the transload industry. Once I was able to demo the product with Adam, I knew this was spot-on for what I needed.
