My Cellcast Review

We are an exterior cleaning company located in Brisbane. As we service individual customer on the daily we use this program to remind them of their booking and to also follow their preparations information.

Pros:

Cellcast is a user friendly MMS and texting program. I enjoy the fact I can set templated messages to send at different times and can also see when the customer has opened the message.

Cons:

There isn't anything I have come across that i don't like as of yet

Great at sending SMS and MMS messages!

Cellcast worked extremely well for us, and will continue to use it for bulk messaging and marketing promotions. Next, we're going to dive more into their automations, and try to use it for sending reviews. They've provided us with a dedicated account manager that has been extremely helpful.

Pros:

Cellcast was awesome to use super simple, fast and extremely cost effective. Sending bulk SMS and MMS was a breeze. We were able to personalise and schedule our campaign in minutes. Then we used the reports to teak our next campaign and it worked even better. I think the most useful feature was the ability to reply to my customers on the spot, from the same number they received my text, so it became just like a personal conversation. Cellcast defiantly ticked all the boxes!

Cons:

Interface could do with a little update.

Quick and easy deployment for users and contacts.

Cons:

The small links don't look legitimate so many of our users wont click on them if they aren't previously aware that communications will be coming from us.

A product can be the best of the best BUT without the support, guidance and general help of our case manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] I wouldn't have such a high regard for this service. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is an amazing asset to compliment a cheap and easy to use product!

Cons:

I work with data that comes in all shapes, sizes and formats. Sometimes I find it hard to get my data in the right format. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always willing to jump in and help at anytime of the day.

Easy to use dashboard and interface. Connectivity via Telstra for SMS dispatch. Great technical, billing support.

Cons:

Would be great if you were a featured sms partner for Active Campaign (within their platform). We're working around that with API plugins, so no dramas.
