The overall experience with jio chat is very well. We can easily connect with your loved onces. It will send messages even the signal is low.

In this we can easily interact with your friends and family. In this we can share images and attachments in the chat box. It provides best audio and video calling.

Cons:

It having very minor issues. Very thing is well. The interface and graphics are little bit low.

Best for voice and video calls.

My overall experience with Jio chat is awesome and i recommend everyone use jiochat.The services are free for all the jio users.The user interface is very beginner friendly and easy to set up.we can follow any channels in jiochat.The audio and video conferencing quality is very great.

The best feature about Jiochat is that it provides best quality in video calls/conference.The interface of Jiochat is easy to setup and friendly for the first time users.We can follow channels in Jiochat which makes this application to be more liked.

Cons:

The Jio chat application has some security and privacy issues.The Jio Chat service is only applicable for Jio users only.Sometimes the application lags.These are some things which should be updated.

Because of lees features in messenger i got switched to Jiochat.

Pros:

This is a good platform and no doubt somehow is similar to other apps but we can't see any advertisements on this platform like the other platforms and we can do a good quality video chat better than the giant players like Whatsapp.

Cons:

There are not too much people on the jiochat and that's why only it feels to less interested to use. Because you can't find every person on the platform to whom you want to chat. This is the only cons of this platform.

It is most simplest platform and highly secured and these can be used for chat and it is totally free. These can be used to jio chat to other chating services.

Cons:

It only applicable for jio customers only using this feature that but it is very nice service.

Jio chat is easy to download and use, it is better than other apps. Jio chat is used for chat with friends and family members. Jio provides high speed of data and voice, it is useful for voice calls and video calls.

Cons:

The user interface and the graphics is not good. The application having loading issues. Overall the experience is good.

A new chatapp

Even though it has very good features like good call and video quality and lot of chat options . The app has to get rid of its annoying bugs and lags and the user should not only limited to jio users

It's channel following ption and getting their updates is a cool feature. It also provide bigger channel strength compared to its competitors like whatsapp and Snapchat.It has very good call and video quality

There are lot of bugs and it is quite lag some times. Another thing is it only works free with jio users.

Things I like best about this platform is that it has many features and things which are not available in or are different in WhatsApp. Such as we can follow channels (BBC, job and many more channels) Jiochat. We can also use this platform to chat with others also to conduct video calls or conference calls. The overall quality of calls is good in this platform.

There is not much to dislike about this platform but one thing I can says they are too many features in this platform and its not always good to have much more.

Overall experience is good but the company need to work on bugs of application as well as the should work on privacy issues of users who used their applications .
