Pros:

Semnox is a core system for our operations and something we rely on every day. It handles both the hardware and software side of the business well, and the reporting in particular is very useful for tracking performance and understanding what’s happening on the ground. Having everything in one place makes operations more efficient and reduces manual work.

Cons:

There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you’re familiar with the system, it becomes an essential part of running the business.

Pros:

User friendly and operational wise easy to use. Reporting is much more customizable. Not required high specifications of the hardware.

Cons:

Good one stop solution for park management with features including - integrating Billing, RFID based Entry System, RFID Lockers, etc. which are really helpful and come in handy when needed most to improve efficiency.

Cons:

Nothing that we dislike about the product as such. Could use some updates in UI and reduce a few glitches here and there but overall we feel its a good product.

One of the best arcade management software in the industry. We are using this since 10+ years and it just have all of it what we need to a smooth business operation.

Cons:

It's just a great product. I didn't really come across any issue as such
